The Tsinghua International Conference on Art & Design Education (ICADE),
a premier global academic event in its field, has successfully held four
editions since 2021. Over this period, ICADE has brought together deans
and educators from world - leading art and design institutions, pioneering
experts and scholars across cutting - edge disciplines, and internationally
acclaimed artists and designers. Centered on the theme of art and design
education, they share experience, discuss current trends, and look to the
future together.
ICADE 2024, themed “New Dimensions: Imagination Beyond the Horizon,”
aims to gather cutting - edge ideas from educational, academic, and
industrial communities worldwide, discuss how art and design education
in the Al Era can better inspire students' imagination, boldly explore the
infinite possibilities of uncharted territories, and create new dimensions for
future interdisciplinary innovation through the power of art and design.

清华国际艺术与设计教育大会(ICADE)作为全球艺术与设计领域的重要学术盛会,自2021年以来已成功举办四届。四年来,大会汇集了全球一流艺术设计院校的院校长和教育者、前沿学科的专家和学者,以及具有国际影响力的艺术家和设计师,围绕艺术设计教育的主题共享经验、共商时势、共计未来。
2024届大会以“新维度:边界之外的想象”为主题，旨在汇聚世界各国教育界、学术界和产业界的前沿思想，共同探讨AI时代的艺术与设计教育如何更好地激发学生的想象力，大胆探索未知领域的无限可能，以艺术和设计的力量构建未来多学科交叉创新的新维度。
